These tickets are for wheelchairs users and their companions only, these can be purchased online through our ticket service provider Ticketmaster.
If you require Accessible Seating/ Accessible Standing and do not have a wheelchair then please contact the venue Accessibility Team on 01142 565 593.

Our accessible seating areas offer excellent stage views and are designed for wheelchair users, companions and customers with with limited mobility.
These seats are conveniently located on the same level as the concourse, eliminating the need to use steps.
Accessible seating is positioned near exits and toilet facilities for added convenience.
For accessible guests who do not require a wheelchair space and are comfortable using steps, seating is also available in other areas of the venue.
Please call our dedicated Accessible booking line on 01142 56 55 93, phones lines are open Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm. Our Box Office is also open for in person bookings Monday to Friday 10am to 4pm, where we also have a hearing loop system and a dedicated lower counter available.

We offer hearing assistance to our customers with the Sennheiser Tourguide 2020-D system. This transmits an audio feed of the event using FM radio frequencies.
Due to the limited number of devices we strongly recommend you book in advance. If you require a headset please make this known at the time of booking your event ticket. You can book via our dedicated access via email us below.

Yes. There is a ramp on the front of the building for wheelchair users - this leads to the main entrance. We have lifts to all floors except the Memorial Hall balcony level.
We also welcome guidance dogs. If you need assistance at the venue, please do not hesitate to contact any of our stewards who will assist wherever possible.

If you require a British Sign Language (BSL) interpreter for one of our events, please contact our team as early as possible so that arrangements can be made. To ensure your request is accommodated, we ask that customers notify the venue directly at least 6 weeks before the event. If the event is less than 6 weeks away, please inform us at the time of booking so that we can make every effort to arrange appropriate services.
Email UsFor customers buying stalls tickets, please note that Stalls seating is not tiered, and customers may stand during the performance. Standing or Dancing will NOT be permitted in the Circle or Balcony, due to Health & Safety reasons. Patrons who therefore do not wish to stand or have an obstructed view due to dancing during concerts need to book tickets in these areas.

Foyer & Oval Hall
When looking at the main entrance to the City Hall there is an access ramp located at the front of the building to the left hand side, behind the row of poster adverts (///dips.files.matter - What 3 Words).
Memorial Hall
Entry to the Memorial Hall, which is located at the back of the City Hall (///notes.degree.torn - What 3 Words), is ground level making the stalls area accessible for all. Please note that the balcony level seats in the Memorial Hall are only accessible via stairs.
Ballroom
Entrance to the Ballroom is at the side of the City Hall (///punt.comb.counts - What 3 Words) and customers can gain access to the Ballroom via a lift at the Ballroom entrance.
