After an incredibly challenging 18 months we are delighted to be able to announce the return of the Sheffield International Concert Season to Sheffield City Hall.

The first half of the 2021/22 Season featured four concerts with the Hallé and our Christmas Concert with Sheffield Philharmonic Chorus and Black Dyke Band.

We are delighted to announce the next nine concerts in the Sheffield International Concert Season for 2022 coming to Sheffield City Hall.

The first concert is Saturday 15th January 2022 when Manchester Camerata make a welcome return to the season with our resident chorus Sheffield Philharmonic Chorus to celebrate the orchestra's 50th Birthday.

Further concerts in 2022 see the Hallé our resident orchestra with Sir Mark Elder conducting join us on the 28th January for Debussy and Rachmaninov.

We have some wonderful orchestras visiting Sheffield including the Orchestra of the Age of Enlightenment in February, Royal Northern Sinfonia in March and BBC Philharmonic in April.

The season closes with the Hallé and Sheffield Philharmonic Chorus joined by Leeds Festival Chorus on the 11th June with these musical forces uniting for Britten, Ades and finally Walton's Belshazzar's Feast.
