Coronavirus (COVID-19) update

The health and wellbeing of all our customers is our absolute priority at SIV.

Following the latest government update & the move into the Stay Alert stage our golf courses are now open - click here for further information on the opening of our golf courses. 

Sheffield City Hall remains closed. Health & Wellbeing is at the very heart of our organisation and we are committed to ensuring that we reduce the risk of Coronavirus for all our customers to an absolute minimum.

 

All memberships across our Fitness and Lesson Activities are paused free of charge, ensuring that no customers lose their place.  No further monthly payments will be taken whilst our venues are closed.  

  

If you have purchased a ticket for an event at any of our entertainment venues, the Box Office team will be in touch to confirm actions where shows are cancelled or postponed. The Box Office at Sheffield City Hall is closed to the public until further notice and our telephone lines are now closed. 

We will continue to monitor the on-going Coronavirus outbreak and will update our website and social media pages with all relevant information regarding re-opening.   

Should you have any specific questions about your tickets or the show you are attending here at the City Hall there is further information below  - these event listing pages will be updated as soon as anything changes so please keep checking back on the website. 

   
If you booked tickets with the City Hall and your event is cancelled:- You don't need to do anything all ticket, booking fees & any pre-show dining bookings will be automatically refunded to the card on which you purchased your tickets with.

  
If you booked tickets with the City Hall and your event is rescheduled:- If you still wish to attend the new date simply turn up and your tickets will be valid and you don't need to do anything. Should you be unable to attend the rescheduled show please let us know by emailing boxoffice@sheffieldcityhall.co.uk stating your booking reference number & your latest contact details so we can then start the refund process & contact you if there are any issues.

    

For any changes to events all ticket holders are being sent emails with the updated information and refund details.
If your question has not been answered here you can email the City Hall Box Office at boxoffice@sheffieldcityhall.co.uk who will try to assist. In line with the latest government advice and for the safety of our employees our offices and call lines are closed and we can only accept email correspondence, as such we ask that you only contact us if absolutely necessary and thank you for your patience during this very busy time. 

      

Event Details

If you want to check the details of a specific event, the Sheffield City Hall website has the most up to date information we can release in our event listings. We are updating this all the time and posting updates on our social media channels. Please bear with us we are updating numerous events and contacting customers as quickly as we can. Thank you for your patience.  

There will be no Tea Dances or Lunchtime Choirs taking place until the City Hall re-opens.
