Booking Fees
You may purchase your tickets by cash, credit/debit card, cheque or postal order. All major credit/switch/visa cards are accepted and the following booking fees may apply:
• 10% on telephone/online/credit/debit card bookings
• 2% on credit card when booked in person
• Debit card and/or in person at box office - no charge

Refunds
Please note tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once a transaction has been completed.

The Box Office will remain open on event days until the first interval.
Sunday Performances - the Box Office will open one hour prior to the start of the event.

Where can I buy tickets from?
We would like to advise customers that only by purchasing tickets through the venue, authorised ticket agencies (listed below), event promoter, artists’ official website and their authorised agents can you be sure that the ticket you purchase is a genuine and valid ticket.

There may be other agents or companies authorised to sell tickets over and above the list above - If you are in any doubt about the people selling tickets, we recommend you contact us in advance or purchasing on 0114 2 789 789 and we’ll do our best to help.

Please note that it is against the Conditions of Sale to resell tickets without express written permission of the Promoter and we would strongly discourage customers purchasing tickets via unauthorised sources such as ebay.

The purchase of tickets from non approved sources can result in customers being refused entry to the concert and being unable to obtain a refund. In the unfortunate event of a postponed or cancelled event the venue will only be able to contact those customers who booked through an authorised agent and will only be able to refund the original ticket purchaser - holding a ticket does not entitle the holder to either access to the building or a refund should there be any alteration to the original concert details.
