The City Hall has two lifts to all floors.
Parking
There are areas around the City Hall for Orange/Blue badge Holders. Please note, the only 24 hour car park in Sheffield City Centre is the NCP on Arundel Gate.

• 10% on telephone/online/credt/debit card bookings • 2% on credit card when booked in person • Debit card and/or in person at box office - no charge
Please note tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded
once a transaction has been completed.

You may purchase your tickets by cash, credit/debit card, cheque or postal order. All cheques should be made payable to Sheffield International Venues Ltd.
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro (no booking fee on subscriptions).
If you purchase a subscription package, you can take advantage of interest free credit by spreading your payments via direct debit over six months (see booking form at centre pages).
