You can now purchase tickets for Sheffield Arena, Sheffield Theatres and University of Sheffield Students Union, in person, over the telephone or online from the City Hall box office. A 10% booking fee will be charged.

General Tickets
You may purchase your tickets by cash, credit/debit card, cheque or postal order. All cheques should be made payable to Sheffield International Venues Ltd.

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Maestro (no booking fee on subscriptions).

If you purchase a subscription package, you can take advantage of interest free credit by spreading your payments via direct debit over six months.

All major credit/switch/visa cards are accepted.

The following booking fees may apply
• 10% on telephone/online/credit/debit card bookings
• 2% on credit card when booked in person
• Debit card and/or in person at box office - no charge

Please note tickets cannot be exchanged or refunded once a transaction has been completed.

Please note: The John Lewis Car park is only available for Sheffield International Concert Season events.

Overseas Customers: Please note we are unable to post tickets to addresses outside of the UK. Overseas customers must collect their tickets from our box office on the night of the show.
